Important information you should know.....

We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one of the following reasons:

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Service Advisors.

In the unlikely event, you wish to cancel your order, you can do so up to the point of the goods being despatched (orders are normally processed quickly, once placed, so we may have already picked your order and made arrangements for it to be delivered when you cancel it, therefore, we ask that if the goods have already been despatched, you return the goods, unused and complete with the original packaging in a saleable condition).  We regret that we will not reimburse costs of returns due to a cancellation.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.  Please see delivery & returns for more information.

Product Descriptions

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.

Please note that we cannot always accurately portray a colour or pattern due to screen restrictions and all sizes are approximate.

Offensive Weapons Act

Under the Offensive Weapons Act, it is an offence to sell knives, knife blades or any other product that may be perceived as an offensive weapon to persons under the age of 18.  These products are only available for customers aged 18 and over.  Customers should not order these items for persons under 18.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions of sale and hence confirm that you are over 18 years of age and can legally purchase products covered by the Offensive Weapons Act.

 

Returns

We offer a no quibble money back guarantee.

If you are not fully satisfied with your goods you are welcome to return them at your cost to us within 7 days of receipt of the order. The products must be in the original condition, unused and complete with packaging for a full refund. Please send returns to:

Please ensure you complete fully the returns form on your invoice for a full refund or exchange.  Please obtain a proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any losses.

We will refund or exchange the goods less the despatch cost. In busy periods please allow 2-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.  Please note that for security reasons we cannot refund to a different credit/debit card to the one you placed the original order on and can only send replacement products to the delivery address specified in the original order.

Please note that we will not refund net curtains or any products that have been altered or custom made to your requirements unless the goods are deemed faulty by Connollys Homestyle Ltd.

We will not accept liability for damage or loss of goods or shortage in delivery unless you tell us within 14 days from the date you place your order or, in the case of total loss, from the date the order has been sent.

Connollys Homestyle Ltd is not liable for any failure to deliver your goods within a specified period of time.
